Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This full-time role covers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, delivering high-quality personal care and medication administration to residents.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring residents' conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Ensure all care is provided in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as our company's policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
