Job summary
Hill Valley Healthcare in Indiana is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. You will administer medications, plan and evaluate care, educate families, ensure compliance, and collaborate with therapists for rehab.
Sign-on bonuses of $10,000 (FT) and $5,000 (PT) offered, with daily pay access and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Educate families and residents.
- Administer medications and treatments on time.
- Document progress accurately in charts.
- Report condition changes to supervisor, physician, and family.
- Follow skin management and other protocols.
- Coordinate rehab programs with therapists.
- Ensure CNA assignments and documentation are completed.
