Harmony Davenport is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Department and lead resident care activities. You will administer medications and nursing services as directed by each resident's care plan, monitor health status, and ensure safety and comfort.

As a back-bone role, you will conduct routine assessments, mentor junior staff, advocate for residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to uphold high standards of care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and nursing care as directed by each resident care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor health status.
• Act as a team leader for nursing staff and advocate for residents.
