Job summary

Harmony Cedar Rapids is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Department and ensure top-tier resident care. You will oversee nursing operations, support a positive culture, and drive department goals in a supportive facility.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field, an Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and two years of RN experience. Prior management experience is preferred but we will invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• CPR Certification.
• Two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department to ensure high standards of care.
• Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
• Ensure Nursing Department compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Help instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Support resident care and staff development to maintain quality outcomes.
