Job summary
Harmony Dubuque is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. The RN will oversee medication delivery and nursing care per each resident’s care plan, conduct assessments, lead the care team, and advocate for residents to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or compact state.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- RN is the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive the medications and nursing care as directed by care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader advocating for residents.
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe through skilled nursing care and documentation.
