Job summary

The Blossoms in Rogers, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to residents in our well-established facility. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options, a sign-on bonus of 7500.00, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop personalized care plans, and help residents achieve the best possible quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in pain management and IV skills preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as RN in Skilled Nursing with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
• Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs
