Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepare and administer medications as charted.
• Administers treatments and consults with physicians.
• Communicate with the director of nursing and staff.
• Supervise nursing aides and ensure quality patient care.
