Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and provide services to attain optimal well‑being.
• Provide supervision to CNAs and LPNs and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
