Job summary

Westview Health Care Center in Colorado is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team and deliver compassionate patient care. You will assess patient needs, adjust care plans, and support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with Life Care standards.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and contribute to a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing) and active RN license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revised care plans.
• Revise care plans based on changes in patient condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well‑being.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferredCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
