Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. This PRN role offers shifts across multiple units with opportunities to deliver high-quality nursing care and coordinate patient plans.

You will assess patient needs, revise care plans as conditions change, and supervise CNAs/LPNs to ensure safety and compliance. An active RN license and CPR certification are required, with hospital SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
