Pleasanton South Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care unit in pleasanton, Texas. We are committed to high-quality resident care and supporting our nursing team in a compassionate, professional environment.

This full-time role covers 6a-6p with PRN 6p-6a in Pleasanton, Texas. You will assess residents, administer medications, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians and therapists while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Texas RN license.
• BLS certification from the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse care for residents.
• Perform nursing assessments and evaluate changes for care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, suctioning, and catheter care.
• Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs and other staff.
• Develop, implement, and update care plans with interdisciplinary input.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists for coordinated care.
• Complete documentation and records accurately and timely.

Education
