Eduro Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the long-term care unit at Pleasanton South Nursing and Rehabilitation in Pleasanton, Texas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, supporting staff, and upholding Eduro Healthcare values.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health status, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license issued by Texas.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility protocols
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN, physician, and family
• Provide skilled nursing services within scope of practice (tube feeds, suctioning, catheter care, wound care, dressing changes)
• Complete all required documentation, charting, and reports per regulatory requirements and policies
• Support and implement individualized resident care plans, honoring dignity and preferences
• Observe residents and report significant changes to the care team
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
