Eduro Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the long-term care unit at Pleasanton South Nursing and Rehabilitation in Pleasanton, Texas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, supporting staff, and upholding the Eduro Healthcare values in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

The position requires a BSN from an accredited school of nursing, an active Texas RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility policies and professional nursing standards
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex nursing procedures
• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care
• Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards

Education

BSN from an accredited school of nursing

Active Texas RN license

Skills And Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by Texas required
• BLS certification from the AHA required
