The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing in Arlington Heights, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call schedules are available, with hourly pay options including $33.46–$34.04 for standard hours and $45.00 with PIB.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support residents.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long term care.
• Preferred: Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
