Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum three years of healthcare operations or staffing/scheduling management experience.
• Direct clinical nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day staffing, scheduling, and coverage for Patient Access Representatives at the assigned site.
• Extend staffing oversight to RN and Medical Assistant staff as clinical operations expand at the site.
• Serve as the site-level escalation point for front-desk operational issues, coverage gaps, and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate with Call Center Supervisor on backup coverage across sites.
• Escalate nursing-practice questions to Nursing Director once filled.
