Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school
• Experience in nursing education or clinical development preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities across the continuum of care.
• Serve as a strategic consultant for nursing clinical performance initiatives and competency programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess educational needs and competencies.
• Develop and evaluate nursing education plans and delivery methods.
• Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional programs.
