Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced RN Simulation Specialist for the Loveland, Colorado Simulation Center. The role supports high-risk skill scenarios and requires travel one week per month with the Simulation team to Banner's Western Division facilities.

Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Five years of acute care experience is preferred, and strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, education, technology, or related field.
• Requires a current RN license.
• Five years of recent acute care experience.
• Two years of experience using adult learning principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting software.

Responsibilities

• Designs simulation-based learning and development outcomes.
• Coordinates development of scenarios and training with faculty and staff.
• Delivers employee development programs to attract new recruits and retain staff.
• Handles setup, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of simulators.
• Evaluates learning using standardized outcomes and uses data to guide education plans.
• Leads program development for new systems and integrates technology into education.
