Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Simulation Specialist to join the Simulation Team at the Loveland, Colorado Simulation Center. You will work with clinical staff to provide a safe place to practice high-risk and low-frequency skill scenarios, bridging classroom learning and real-life patient care.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with monthly travel to Banner's Western Division facilities.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare, education, technology, or related field.
Current RN license.
Five years of recent acute care experience.
Experience with adult learning principles.
Ability to facilitate shared understanding and teamwork.
Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting software.

Responsibilities

Designs workforce learning and development outcomes that support facility strategies.
Coordinates development of scenarios and training to integrate simulation into curricula.
Develops and delivers employee development and learning programs.
Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots simulation equipment and software.
