Whispering Pines, part of Eden Senior Care, in Ripon, Wisconsin, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our five-star skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive shift differentials during weekdays and weekends.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care, lead nursing assistants, and ensure accurate medication administration and documentation. We seek an RN with licensure, strong communication, and a commitment to resident and family-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate or current nursing student from an accredited program.
• Current State RN license.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in long-term care preferred.
• Commitment to professional care for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care via nursing process.
• Direct day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Communicate patient condition changes with physician and family.
• Complete required record-keeping on admissions, discharges and transfers.
