Premier Rehab & Healthcare at Burlington is seeking a compassionate RN to join our nursing team in Burlington, VT. You will provide resident-centered care, lead nursing staff, and coordinate clinical services within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Vermont.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Leadership experience preferred within nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and orders.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Document resident assessments and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Lead unit nursing staff and coordinate care rounds.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
