Aurora Medical Center Bay Area is recruiting for a compassionate RN to join our 47-bed Medical Surgical unit. You will care for a diverse patient population and collaborate with Advocate Aurora Physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

As part of the One Advocate Nurse community, you will lead with purpose, compassion, and boldness, using evidence-based practice and clinical communication to improve safety and patient experience across the continuum.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Telemetry and ACLS are required within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
