Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse for our Medical Surgical unit at Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area in Wisconsin. Join a 47-bed unit delivering comprehensive patient care across a variety of medical and surgical cases with a focus on quality and compassionate care.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and telemetry with ACLS within 6 months of hire. Sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Telemetry and ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Telemetry and ACLS are required within 6 months of hire.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
