Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities performed by CNAs and LPNs. Duties must comply with federal, state, and local standards and director guidance to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments and medication administration.
• Monitor residents, report changes to physicians and care team.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Document nursing care and residents' responses in records.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
