Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing staff. Duties include assessments, treatments, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of experience with supervisory preference. Benefits include health coverage, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to navigate Internet and intranet.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Document nursing care, treatments, and resident responses in medical records.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
