Float Requirements: Yes - Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, IMC

Education & Certifications Required:

Patient Ratios: 1:2

Equipment: chest tubes, vac dressings

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: surgical/trauma ICU

Preferred Skillset/Experience: trauma and surgical experience preferred

Type of Patients on Unit: trauma, post-op, vascular surgery, abdominal surgery

Personality Fit: want to be part of a team, are ok with others going in their rooms, not afraid to ask questions

Scrub Color: not mandatory, hospital color is blue
