The RN Shift Supervisor ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all unit functions during the shift. In collaboration with management, the RN Shift Supervisor directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models our organization’s values to support an exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
