Dignity Health's St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA seeks a House Supervisor to orchestrate care, empower nursing teams, and drive patient-centric outcomes.

You will lead daily operations, advocate for staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality care across shifts. You’ll coordinate staffing, mentor staff, document records, and communicate with physicians and families to navigate complex conversations and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• ADN required to practice as a nurse in the state.
• Three years of nursing experience and one year in a leadership role.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Organizes and oversees patient care delivery during an assigned shift.
• Monitors environment and allocates resources; coaches staff.
• Documents staffing and administrative records; ensures compliance.
• Provides nursing care as needed and communicates with patients and families.
