Mercy Cedar Rapids is seeking a Shift Supervisor (RN) for our Short Stay Observation unit. This role combines leadership with direct patient care in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

You’ll supervise and mentor staff, ensure safe, high-quality care, and assist with hand-offs and family education for discharge. A 0.9 FTE plan is possible with the right mix of duties, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
