Moravian Village Of Bethlehem is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our day‑shift nursing staff at our Bethlehem facility. You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high standards of resident care, and support staff development and regulatory compliance.

The role is Monday–Friday with weekend coverage as needed; requires PA RN license, 2+ years of nursing experience (long‑term care preferred) and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license.
• 2+ years nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care or skilled nursing.
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations, infection control, and resident rights.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day shift nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Ensure resident care meets current nursing standards and regulations.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor residents and staff performance.
• Address clinical issues and family concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care and assist during emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing staff during the day shift. The RN Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high standards of resident care, and support staff development and compliance. This is primarily a Monday‑through‑Friday position, with weekend coverage as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day shift nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Ensure quality resident care in accordance with current nursing standards and regulations
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff performance
• Address and resolve clinical issues or resident/family concerns promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and coordinate care
• Provide hands‑on nursing care and assist during emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Report directly to the Director of Nursing and contribute to overall facility success
