Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active Florida RN license.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience with management responsibilities; acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and computer skills.
• Pass pre-employment assessments (16 WPM typing; 65% general assessment).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric, substance use, and medical assessments
• Provide medication management and ongoing patient care
• Utilize telehealth to support access to care when appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with Florida nursing regulations and ARNP protocols
• Promote infection control and patient safety standards
• Meet department productivity standards
