San Antonio West Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and may involve coordination with the Director of Nursing/ADON as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and be licensed as an RN.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of PCC is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Attend and participate in nursing service committee functions.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure they are administered as ordered.
• Review and maintain nursing service procedures and discharge plans.
