Salina Presbyterian Manor, part of PMMA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise LPNs and aides in a faith-based, not-for-profit community in Salina, KS. The role emphasizes resident-centered care and adherence to federal, state, and local standards.

The position offers a premium pay plan with starting pay at $36.00 per hour plus shift and weekend differentials, along with experience-based pay enhancements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care community or other related health care facility and geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.
