Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - McKinney as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better!

Status: Full Time Seasonal

Shift/Schedule: 13-week Seasonal contract Nights - 3/12 hr. shifts per week, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. No on-call. Every other weekend required.

Labor and Delivery

Our Labor and Delivery unit is a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients. We foster an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.

Patient Population: Level III Maternal and Neonatal Designation

Number of Beds: 10 Labor and Delivery Suites, 4 obstetrical emergency beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACU beds, 5 high risk antepartum beds.

Department Specifics: Strong team atmosphere, over 200+ deliveries per month, Board-Certified OB Physician on-site 24/7, numerous labor support tools, focus on quality and process improvement, active participation in the Texas AIM Plus initiative, and a focus on individual career growth.
