Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Allentown, PA is hiring for Registered Nurses (RN) to work 1:1 with students in classroom settings for the 2026-2027 school year.

The nurse will provide skilled nursing care under prescribed orders, monitor patient conditions, and document care as part of a collaborative school-health team. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care on each assignment according to orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.
