Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• BLS certification (required).
• 5 years of clinical practice experience with 3 years of progressive performance improvement.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) (or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the Risk Management and Compliance Program.
• Monitor compliance issues and assist departments in developing corrective/preventive action plans.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s written compliance plan.
• Investigate compliance and risk management issues, participating in Root Cause Analysis.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training in Risk Management and Compliance processes.
