Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS upon hire or within one year.
• New grad or up to one year RN experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk and take corrective action.
• Document in patient medical records and coordinate care.
