Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will develop and monitor nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.

You will perform nursing diagnoses, record medication administration, and ensure safety regulations are followed. The role requires flexibility and prior SNF/LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience as RN in a nursing facility.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks are performed per state and federal guidelines.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
