Job summary

Regency Hermiston is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our resident-centered team in Hermiston, Oregon. You will play a key role in medication assistance, nursing services, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality resident well-being.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining dignity and independence for residents, assisting with ADLs, reviewing care plans, and adhering to infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
