The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate medication administration, and clear communication with residents, families, and the nursing leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position at a Cedarhurst community.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a current LPN/RN license.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred; proficient with EHRs and MS Office.
• Experience with electronic health records and health systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per regulations and physician orders.
• Coordinate care with the Director of Nursing and care staff.
• Administer medications and document per MAR; monitor and report changes.
• Educate residents and families and promote safety and compliance.
