Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence and elevate resident health and wellness across the community. You will oversee the nursing team, care programs, and regulatory compliance while guiding ISP development and care coordination.

The role emphasizes leadership in infection control, medication management, and collaboration with physicians and partners to ensure high-quality, resident-centered services.

Qualifikationen

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.
