Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise’s mission and care standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with active state license.
• Leadership experience in nursing/clinical settings.
• Experience in elder care or senior living preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge including CLIA where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISP development.
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.
