Absolut Care LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Resident Care Coordinator in our long-term care community in New York. You will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate care plans, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support a compassionate, service-oriented culture for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in NY.
• Minimum of one year of nursing administration or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations for skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure well-run departments; act as ambassador of goodwill.
• Adhere to Resident’s Bill of Rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy, security, and confidentiality standards.
• Follow infection control and corporate compliance guidelines.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to RN/Administrator.
• Coordinate care plans and service plan updates with families and staff.
• Oversee Caregivers to ensure quality resident care and interactions.
