Job summary

Qualifications

• An active RN license.
• 1 year experience in nursing.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures resident care is maintained in a clean, safe environment.
• Develops and monitors the nursing care plan with physicians and therapists.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Collaborates with residents and the healthcare team.
• Records medication administration.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
