CHI St. Vincent, part of CommonSpirit Health, in Little Rock, AR, offers a National Nurse Residency Program for newly licensed RNs as RN Residents. The 12-month, evidence-based experience focuses on confidence-building, skill strengthening, and preparation for day-one practice.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree In Nursing required.
• Active RN license in good standing with Arkansas Board of Nursing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-month NN RP; develop essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors for transition to practice.
• Engage in clinical performance improvement and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the team and integrate mission, vision, and values in care.
