Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, launches a Winter Residency for new grads. As an NNRP Resident, you’ll transition from student to professional nurse, learning under a clinical preceptor and supporting patients and families.

Starts Feb 2027; includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible hires. You’ll deliver a broad range of nursing care, collaborate with physicians and teams, and develop the care plan during stays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (AR) license upon hire.
• CPR (BLS) upon hire; ACLS within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in patient rooms under supervision.
• Rotate between immediate needs and routine check-ins with preceptor.
• Develop patient advocate skills and apply classroom concepts to care.
