CHI St. Vincent offers a National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP) for newly licensed RNs, a 12-month, evidence-based residency designed to build confidence and essential skills for practice.

It features a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and additional compensation for clinical ladder participation, plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Open tracks include Medical Surgical, Orthopedics/Inpatient Surgical/Oncology, Psych, Perioperative, Emergency/Trauma, and Progressive Care.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
• Open tracks include Medical Surgical, Orthopedics/Inpatient Surgical/Oncology, Psych, Perioperative, Emergency/Trauma, Progressive Care.
• Professional resume submitted; cover letter detailing area interest preferred.
• Unofficial transcript with cumulative hours and GPA (current).
