Job summary

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH, is hiring for the 2027 RN Residency program. The position supports new graduates transitioning to registered nurse with guided mentorship and hands-on learning.

Start dates available January–March 2027; roles may be day or night shifts. You will work with experienced educators and clinicians to build clinical skills, ensure patient safety, and develop professional practice in a large HCA Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment is required.
• ACLS within 1 year of employment is required.
• Associates or BSN in Nursing from an accredited program.
• RN license or Graduate Nurse in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, and meds.
