Qualifications

• Current RN license recognized by the state.

Responsibilities

• Attends quality and core curriculum classes; participates in professional development activities.
• Works under direct supervision of a licensed RN in clinical settings and documents accordingly.
• Develops and revises a plan of care with patient/family involvement and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams.
• Delivers treatments and procedures per standards; provides discharge teaching and ethical patient care oversight.
• Documents patient care and implements nursing measures with RN supervision; observes changes and communicates risks.
• Participates in quality improvement processes and staffing considerations to meet patient needs.
• Graduate Nurse completes clinical skills under RN supervision; performs other duties as assigned.
