Under a licensed RN, you will refine nursing knowledge, manage clinical situations, document care, and adhere to licensure, infection control, patient confidentiality, and safety policies throughout your residency.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred as a pathway to advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Attends quality and core curriculum classes and professional development workshops.
• Completes clinical competencies and validation requirements under supervision.
• Assists in clinical documentation and patient care under the guidance of a licensed RN.
• Adheres to licensure renewal, infection control and safety policies.
