Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Standards of Practice.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
• Ensure quality patient outcomes and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
• Participate in activities aligned with unit and departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of practice (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (Required).
• Certifications in clinical specialty areas (Preferred).
